E-WARRANTY PORTAL
Where protection, performance, and craftsmanship come together.
Tips
1. Once the installation is completed, please ask your dealer for an e-Warranty in a timely manner. From the effective date of the e-Warranty, the installed vehicle can enjoy VALUX services according to the official warranty.
2. The warranty includes no discoloration, no cracking, no bubbling, no edge lifting caused by water exposure, no delamination, no yellowing, no matting, and no hydrolysis or non-localized corrosion. This warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by external forces, external corrosion, accidental collisions, or any form of intentional damage to the product.
3. The warranty is only available for vehicles with the original car paint. Vehicles that have been repainted or repainted with non-OEM parts need to be installed at a qualified professional PPF installation store. The spray paint impact caused after the PPF installation will not be covered under the above warranty.
Maintenance After Installation:
1. After the PPF installation, please avoid washing the car for at least a week to ensure that the adhesive creates the best bond with the paint.
2. Avoid using a high-pressure water gun to rinse the edges of the film while washing your vehicle.
3. Avoid using brushes or corrosive chemicals when washing your vehicle.
4. Avoid scraping or scrubbing the PPF surface with hard objects, as this may affect the overall appearance of the vehicle installation.
5. It is recommended to perform routine care for the vehicle’s PPF every quarter.
6. Polishing the PPF surface is not recommended after installation.
7. If the vehicle’s PPF surface encounters acid rain, bird droppings, insect residue, gum, or oil stains, they must be dealt with as soon as possible. If corrosive substances remain for a long time without treatment, the vehicle film surface will be easily damaged, which will affect the product’s performance.
8. If the installed vehicle is used as a wedding car, do not place suction cups directly on the vehicle surface. Wedding car ribbons, firecrackers, and fireworks can easily cause stains on the vehicle’s surface, which must be cleaned within 12 hours to maintain the vehicle.
The warranty applies to all ranges of film products (excluding accessories) only when installed by a certified PPF installer. The warranty start date begins at the time of installation of the film (proof of installation invoice is required). Proper application, installation, use, and care of your VALUX film product must be maintained throughout the warranty period.
